The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 6 December 2016 targeted talks commenced between the Company and the following companies: Energa S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A., PGNiG S.A. ("Investors") and between Investors and Polimex-Mostostal S.A. ("Polimex"). The goal of the talks is drafting the structure of a potential equity interest of Investors in Polimex ("Investment") and development of a prospective model of cooperation between Investors on the Investment implementation.

As at the commencement of negotiations, the Company has not incurred any liability as regards the Investment implementation.

The Company will inform on the next stages of the Investment process in separate reports.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
