The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company"), in relation to the current report of 30 September 2016 No. 30/2016 informs that on 2 December 2016 the Company obtained the exclusive rights to conduct further negotiations to acquire 100% of shares in ENGIE Energia Polska S.A. held by ENGIE.

The exclusive rights granted to the Company will be valid until the end of 2016.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
