The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company"), in relation to the current report of 16 September 2016 No. 27/2016 informs that on 30 November 2016 the Company and PGE S.A., Energa S.A. and PGNiG Termika S.A. ("Business Partners") submitted a new offer to EDF International SAS ("EDF") for the purchase of shares in companies belonging to EDF in Poland, holding conventional generating assets and pursuing a service activity.

The submission of the new offer by Business Partners was made in relation to the upcoming expiry of the offer submitted on 16 September 2016. The new offer will be valid for 90 days of submission and depends e.g. on the results of due diligence, which will constitute the basis for making further decisions relating to a potential transaction.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
