The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Polish National Foundation are executed

Enea, as one of 17 key Polish enterprises, executed a notarial deed on the incorporation of the Polish National Foundation and its articles of association. The organisation’s duty is promoting the Polish economy and shaping the image of state-owned enterprises and their investments carried out in Poland and abroad.

The founders of the Polish National Foundation are the leading concerns from core sectors of the economy: energy, transport, logistics, mining, metallurgy, fuels, insurance, chemistry, finance, real properties, and also games of chance.

In its operations the Foundation will promote and protect the image of Poland and the Polish economy in Poland and abroad, and also develop a positive social receipt of investments carried out by state-owned companies. The goals of the organisation include also cooperation with the local communities, social and economic organisations, authorities in the field of culture and science, and also organisation and funding social initiatives as well.

The operations of the Polish National Foundation will be calculated for the implementation of long-term goals, keeping the highest effectiveness and efficiency. To that end, the organisation will use the most modern tools, minimising at the same time internal costs. Its operations will be open and transparent, and its governing bodies will be obliged to prepare annual financial statements presented to the Foundation’s board.
