Content of report:

The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs on the receipt by the Company on 5 September 2016 of the statement of the Minister of Energy prepared on the same date on exercising by the Minister of Energy the right to appoint, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company's Statute, a Member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A.

Compliant with the above-mentioned right, Mr. Paweł Skopiński was nominated into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board as of 5 September 2016.

The information relating to the nominated person will be published in a separate current report after the Issuer obtains relevant information and representations.
