Change in Enea Wytwarzanie’s Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Enea Wytwarzanie suspended Wacław Bilnicki in the duties of the President of the Management Board and Elżbieta Piwoński in the duties of a Member of the Management Board of this company.

At the same time, the Board delegated Dawid Klimczak from its composition to temporarily act as the President of the Management Board of Enea Wytwarzanie.
