In connection with the process for Katowicki Holding Węglowy S.A. with its registered office in Katowice to find equity investors ("KHW") ("Investment"), the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Enea", "Company") reports that it entered into negotiations with potential investors to participate in the potential Investment and concerning its potential parameters.

The parties do not rule out the possibility of other investors joining in the Investment negotiations.

At the current stage of negotiations it is impossible to present the scale of potential involvement of individual investors (including the Company) in the Investment or its further parameters, which will be the subject of the negotiations.
