Content of report:

In relation to the current report No. 20/2016 on the content of resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. on 27 June 2016 ("OGM"), the Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") hereby attaches the complementary information relating to the resolutions adopted by the Company's OMG as regards the information relating exclusively to the percentage of shares out of which valid votes were cast in the share capital in relation to each resolution. The Company reminds that OMG did not waive consideration of any item on the planned agenda and no objection was made in the minutes in relation to any resolution. The other content of the attached resolutions adopted by OMG remains unchanged.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
