Andrzej Kojro the new president of Enea Operator
Enea Operator’s Meeting of Shareholders appointed the management board for a new term. As of 11 July Andrzej Kojro will preside it. The following people remain in the Jakub Kamyk. The existing president, Michał Jarczyński, and vice-president, Dariusz Szymczak, will leave the company.
Andrzej Kojro is a lawyer, legal counsel and judge of the Tribunal of State. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and Kozminski University in Warsaw, since 1994 connected with the energy sector and energy distribution area. Worked as a legal counsel in RWE STOEN Operator, where he represented the company in litigation for several years.
Marek Szymankiewicz remains the vice-president for grid infrastructure, Wojciech Drożdż – vice-president for economic and financial affairs, and Jakub Kamyk – elected by the company's employees, vice-president for HR.
At the same time, the Meeting of Shareholders nominated two employee representatives for further work in Enea Operator’s Supervisory Board: Krzysztof Statucki and Tadeusz Dachowski. The Supervisory Board of the new term is operating in the existing composition: Mikołaj Franzkowiak – Chairman, Radosław Galicki, Krzysztof Statucki, Tadeusz Dachowski and Wojciech Wostal.
Enea Operator is a distributor of energy responsible for supplies to Customers on the area of six provinces: Wielkopolskie, Zachodnipomorskie, Kujawsko-pomorskie, Lubuskie and on a small area of Dolnośląskie and Pomorskie provinces. Together, it is the area of 58,213 km2, thus around 1/5 of Poland. The company is incorporated under Enea Group: third as regards the size of the raw materials and energy group in Poland.
