Enea Operator introduced further facilities for Customers

The list of locations covered with failures in case of heavy storms and wind, information on cancelled planned works and launching the connection portal - these are the facilities which Enea Operator introduced for its Customers. Due to them, via www.operator.enea.pl website, Customers will be able to quickly and comfortably obtain important information on power supplies and submit applications for connection.

Strong wind, storms and gales are the most frequent causes of mass energy failures. After their occurrence it happens that even several thousand Consumers are deprived of electricity supplies. Many Customers almost at the same time try to connect with the energy emergency service at 991. Such a great number of calls results in an inability to service all calls by consultants and the voice system informing on impediments. Therefore Enea Operator launched a special tab which will be available at www.operator.enea.pl in case of vast energy failures.

Entering Enea Operator’s website a separate window will automatically open. After clicking on it, it will be possible to obtain information on failures on the area of interest for us. In the case of power shortage, via e.g. a smart phone, it will be possible to check if the failure in our place of residence or work has been already reported. If the list includes the address of interest to the Customer, they will not have to try to call the emergency number. This should in turn unblock the Call Centre and enable reporting of e.g. life or health threatening situations.

The Company, as the first Operator of the Distribution System in Poland, has also introduced the system of notification of cancellations of planned power outages. Customers will also receive information not only on the planned interruptions in energy supply, but also on the fact that despite prior announcements the works will not take place. Information on cancelled outages which were planned may be found at www.operator.enea.pl, via a free newsletter and operator’s line (61 850 40 00) and at 991.

Let’s remind that Customers from the north-western Poland may also use the Connection Portal launched by Enea Operator. Now, applications may be submitted on-line, seating comfortably at home. The platform which is an electronic connection Customer service centre is already available at www.operator.enea.pl or directly at przylaczenia.operator.enea.pl. The portal allows Customers to file applications for e.g. determination of the connection terms, increasing the capacity, separation or merging installations for existing objects or monitoring the progress of works related to the process of connections to the power grid of Enea Operator.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
