Wacław Bilnicki a new president of Enea Wytwarzanie

Wacław Bilnicki became a new president of the company which is responsible for the production of energy and heat in Enea Group. The other new members of Enea Wytwarzanie’s management board are: Grzegorz Kotte – Vice-President for Technical Affairs, Elżbieta Piwoński – Vice-President for Corporate Affairs, Stefan Pacyński – Vice-President for Development Strategy and Dariusz Skiba – Vice-President for Economic and Financial Affairs. The sixth member of the Board remains, selected by the team, the Vice-President for HR Affairs, Grzegorz Mierzejewski.

Wacław Bilnicki, Enea Wytwarzanie’s President of the Board, is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Warsaw University of Technology and Higher School of International Trade and Finance. He is a manager with a long experience who comes to Enea Group from Mariposa Industry, and was earlier connected e.g. with PGNiG Energia, PP Porty Lotnicze, Industrial Development Agency and Totalizator Sportowy. In 2009 was the director in Kozienice II belonging to Enea, and prepared the investment of the construction of 1,075 MW unit at that time.

Grzegorz Kotte, Vice-President for Technical Affairs is a graduate of e.g. Warsaw University of Technology and George Washington University. For many years connected with the energy and heating sector, and comes to the Group from PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe, where he was the Director of the Investment Implementation Centre.

Elżbieta Piwoński, Vice-President for Corporate Affairs graduated from University of Wrocław and Higher School of Special Education. She is a solicitor and has been conducting her own business activities for many years. Comes back to the company: during 2008-2012 was the Head of the Organisation and Legal Department and plenipotentiary of the Management Board for contact with Trade Union Organisations in Enea Wytwarzanie.

Stefan Pacyński, Vice-President for Development Strategy is doctor of technical sciences, a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, University of Warsaw and Urbana Collage of the Illinois State University. He is an experienced manager, and comes to Enea from an international corporation, i.e. Alstom Power.

Dariusz Skiba, Vice-President for Economic and Financial Affairs, graduated from the Radom University of Technology, Silesian University of Technology and Warsaw School of Economics. He is a manager with experience in the industry, and spent most of his professional career in Polska Grupa Energetyczna, from which he changes to Enea.

The new management board commences their work on Monday, 14 March. At the same time, as of 13 March, the so far presidents of Enea Wytwarzanie were recalled: Krzysztof Sadowski, Piotr Andrusiewicz, Grzegorz Staniewski and Michał Prażyński.
