Content of report:
The Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that on 15 January 2016 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A., after reopening of the meeting resulting from the end of the break of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 62/2015 adopted resolutions regarding the dismissal of the following people from the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company:
- Mrs. Sandra Malinowska
- Mr. Tomasz Gołębiowski, independent Member
- Mr. Radosław Winiarski.
At the same time, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. nominated the following people into the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the 9th joint term:
- Mr. Piotr Kossak, as an independent Member
- Mr. Rafał Bargiel
- Mr. Roman Stryjski
- Mr. Piotr Mirkowski.
The information relating to the newly nominated people will be published in a separate current report after the Issuer obtains relevant information and representations.
