The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company") informs that on 7 January 2016 the Company received a resignation from Mr. Wiesław Piosik from the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A. effective as of 7 January 2016. The resignation was filed as a result of the nomination of the above mentioned person as of 7 January 2016 into the composition of the Company's Management Board.

Legal basis: § 5 item 1(21) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
