The Management Board of Enea S.A. informs that on 17 December 2015 it received the information on the approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (President of ERO) as of 17 December 2015 of the tariff for electricity distribution services for Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. (Enea Operator) for 2016.

During the administrative proceedings the President of ERO decided that the tariff submitted for approval had been prepared in compliance with the provisions set forth by Articles 44 and 45 of the Energy Law Act and by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on specific principles for setting and calculating tariffs and financial settlements in electricity trade, and the rates specified by Enea Operator were calculated based on the anticipated justified costs relating to the licensed activity to be incurred in the duration of the tariff.

The decrease in the average price for customers classified in the pricing group set G, resulting from the approved price rates, amounts to 1.03% year on year.

Pursuant to the provisions being in force, the new tariff may enter into force not earlier than 14 days after its publication in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO. Decisions concerning the approval of new tariffs are published in the branch bulletin of the President of ERO on the website of the Energy Regulatory Office at www.bip.ure.gov.pl.
