In relation to the current report No. 57/2015 dated 2 December 2015 the Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company) attaches supplementary information on the person appointed by the State Treasury into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board relating to the education and professional experience and also required representations.

The detailed legal basis § 5 item 1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
