The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") informs on the receipt by the Company of the Minister of Treasury's statements dated 2 December 2015 on exercising the right to recall and nominate a member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A. by the State Treasury, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company's Statute.

Pursuant to the above mentioned right Mrs. Monika Macewicz was recalled from and Mr. Wiesław Piosik was nominated into the composition of the Supervisory Board as of 2 December 2015.

The information relating to the nominated person will be published in a separate current report after the Issuer obtains relevant information and representations.
