(Company) informs that on 21 October 2015 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. adopted a resolution pursuant to which Mr. Tomasz Gołębiowski was appointed on the same day to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company of the 9th term, as an independent member.
