The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on 19 October 2015 the Issuer received the information on the issue on that day by the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection of a decision regarding granting consent for the concentration, being the takeover by Enea S.A. of control over Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" Spółka Akcyjna.

The situation described above means that the legal condition specified in par. 24 of the Tender Offer announced by the Issuer on 14 September 2015 to subscribe for the sale of shares of Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" S.A. is satisfied.

The information on the continuation of the suspended proceedings in the above mentioned matter by the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection was published by the Issuer in the current report No. 45/2015.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
