Content of report:

The Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that in relation to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer convened for 21 October 2015 (EGM), on 16 October 2015 the Company received an application filed by a Company's shareholder of a candidate for a member of its Supervisory Board.

Acting pursuant to Article 402³ § 1 item 3 of the Commercial Companies Code the Company attaches the information relating to the said candidate. At the same time, the Company informs that pursuant to the representation made the person to whom the candidate application relates satisfies the criteria of an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Issuer reminds that the appointment of an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company is foreseen under item 5 of the planned agenda of EGM.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
