The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on 16 October 2015 it received the decision of the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection dated 16 October 2015 regarding the continuation of the proceedings suspended on 29 September 2015 related to the notification of an intention to perform the concentration being the takeover by the Issuer of control over Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" Spółka Akcyjna.

The information on the suspension of the above mentioned proceedings was published by the Issuer in the current report No. 41/2015.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
