The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on 16 October 2015 the Issuer received the information that within the tender offer announced by the Issuer on 14 September 2015 for the sale of LW "Bogdanka" S.A.'s shares ("LWB") ("Tender Offer"), until 15 October 2015 subscriptions were submitted in the number exceeding 21,962,189 shares of LWB. The indicated number of shares authorises to exercise 64.57% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of LWB, which means that pursuant to par. 6 and 25 of the Tender Offer the condition of subscribing for a minimum number of LWB' shares was satisfied.

The situation described above means also that pursuant to par. 29 of the Tender Offer, subject to the satisfaction of the legal condition of the Tender Offer mentioned in par. 24 of the Tender Offer (unconditional permit of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the concentration), the Issuer will be obliged to acquire the shares under subscriptions filed until 15 October 2015, subject to proportionate reduction.

At the same time, the Issuer will not be obliged to acquire the shares of people who subscribed for the sale of shares in the Tender Offer after 15 October 2015.
