The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Issuer") informs that on 16 October 2015 the Issuer extended the period of collecting subscriptions for sale of LW "Bogdanka" S.A.'s shares ("Shares") in the tender offer announced on 14 September 2015 ("Tender Offer") with a period needed for the satisfaction of a legal condition for the acquisition of the Shares indicated under par. 24 of the Tender Offer, i.e. obtaining by the Issuer of an unconditional permit from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for the performance of the concentration of enterprises or expiry of the term for its issue, due to an ineffective expiry of the term indicated for the satisfaction of the above mentioned condition.
The new term for admitting subscriptions shall expire on 21 October 2015.
