The Management Board of Enea S.A. ("Issuer", "Company") informs that on 29 September 2015 it received the decision of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection dated 29 September 2015 on the suspension of the proceedings relating to notifying the intention of concentration consisting in the takeover by the Issuer of the control over Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" Spółka Akcyjna ("LWB") at the Company`s request.

The reason for the Issuer`s request for the suspension of the proceedings in the above mentioned matter was adoption on 18 September 2015 by the Supervisory Board of LWB of a resolution pursuant to which it convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of LWB for 15 October 2015 with the agenda foreseeing e.g. the adoption of the resolution relating to an amendment in the statute of LWB resulting in the reduction in the possibility of exercising the voting right to 10% of shares.
