The Management Board of Enea S.A. informs that on 22 September 2015 a resignation from the position held and membership in the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A., effective as of the date of resignation, was filed by Mr. Marian Gorynia. Mr. Marian Gorynia did not mention any reasons for his resignation.
