Settle your matters in Enea staying at home

As of 1 September, Enea's Customers from Bydgoszcz region are able to deal with many issues on-line. The company launched an electronic Customer Service Centre (eCSC).

eCSc is an on-line platform via which Customers may easily and quickly contact the company. The tool is designated for all: both households and companies.

After logging into eCSC it is possible to e.g.: check the current invoices, balances and payment terms, pay invoices, select the payment method via eInvoice, buy codes to prepaid meters, file complaints or enquiries in any other matter.

eCSC is the simplest and most comfortable method of settling matters in Enea, available for 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This communication channel is already used by citizens of Szczecin area, and all Enea's Customers will be able to use it until the end of the year.

We also remind that, since July our Customer Service Centres are open in other, more convenient hours. On Mondays and Thursdays all the Company's branches are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on the remaining weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
