Several thousand people have already registered in Enea's eCSC

Citizens of Szczecin area willingly use the news proposed by Enea within the customer service. As an example, already several thousand people handle their matters in Enea on-line, thanks to an on-line Customer Service Centre. The company is preparing for another implementation of a new IT system, in Bydgoszcz area this time. Transitory limitations will appear during the works, due to technological issues, in the access to Customer data and some services in eCSC application and shifts in the dates of invoice sending. These small hindrances will last until 18 August.

The company introduces the new systems in stages. The citizens of Szczecin area were covered with the changes as the first ones. Customers have also received their first invoices with a new changed bank account number to which payments for energy should be made. We remind that on the present and subsequent invoices from Enea there is a fixed part of the bank account number for Szczecin area with a unique sequence of digits: 12406960016. A new thing is a possibility of topping up the prepaid meter in VIA Moje Doładowania chain of stores, where a code to the meter is generated immediately after the payment. An electronic Customer Service Centre has been also operating for a month enabling settling matters in Eena without going out.  

Similar changes in the service will cover Customers from the other areas of Enea's operations. Works commence over the implementation of a new system in Kujawsko-pomorske province. After its completion, also the citizens of this part of Poland will be able to check the balance on-line, buy codes to prepaid meters, order an e-Invoice and handle most matters on-line.

Since 1 August cash-desks in Customer Service Centres in Szczecin and Stargard Szczeciński were replaced with new solutions. Customers who already use these points may pay their bills for PLN 0 in branches of Bank Pekao SA. Bills from Enea may be additionally paid e.g. in the chain of (mainly stores) with a logo of VIA Moje Rachunki or using the standing order. From the second half of August, after the end of the implementation of the new system in Kujawsko-pomorskie province, using the eCSC application and eInvoice again.    

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
