The Management Board of Enea S.A. (the Company, Issuer) informs on the receipt by the Company of the Minister of Treasury's statement dated 23 July 2015 on exercising the right to nominate a member of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A. by the State Treasury, pursuant to § 24 item 1 of the Company's Statute.

Compliant with the above mentioned right Mrs. Monika Macewicz was appointed into the composition of the Supervisory Board as of 23 July 2015.

The Company attaches the information on the nominated person.
