The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (the Company) informs that on 22 July 2015 a resignation from the position held and membership in the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A., effective as of the date of resignation, was filed by Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski. Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski held the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

Mr. Wojciech Chmielewski did not mention any reasons for his resignation.
