New opening hours of Enea's Customer Service Centres

As of 1 July, we are changing the opening hours of all Enea's Customer Service Centres. Customers may visit us at any time convenient for them. On Mondays and Thursdays the opening hours are prolonged until 5.00 p.m., and on the remaining weekdays our centres will be open from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

We want our offices, in which we service thousands of people daily, to be functional and comfortable. Therefore, e.g. we are adjusting the working time to the needs reported by Customers to us. More convenient opening hours of CSCs will facilitate a direct contact with us and will improve the service quality, adjusting it to the market standards.

- Specially for our Customers, we are prolonging the opening hours, on Mondays and Thursdays we work from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. - explains Michał Gramatyka, the president of Enea Centrum. - We are also working over launching a new Customer service platform so that many matters can be dealt with without going out, via a computer or smartphone - he adds.  

However, it is not the only change relating to Customer Service Centres. We are planning to introduce a modern and uniform interior decoration, queuing systems and stands in selected locations adjusted to the number of visitors. The interior redecoration will entail the necessity of repairs. The first ones will commence on 13 July in offices in Poznań (60 Polna street), Bydgoszcz (6 Warmińskiego street) and Gorzów Wielkopolski (31 Walczaka street). The office in Poznań will be closed for the time of repairs. Customers are invited to visit the office at 2 Panny Marii street (near the Cathedral). Offices in Bydgoszcz and Gorzów will work normally. We apologise for any inconvenience and problems.
