In relation to the current report No. 20/2015 dated 30 June 2015 the Board of Enea S.A. (Company) attaches supplementary information on members appointed into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board of the 9th term relating to the education and professional experience and also required statements.

The detailed legal basis § 5 item 1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities [...].

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
