The Management Board of Enea S.A. (Company, Issuer) informs that on 30 June 2015 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Enea S.A. (OGM) adopted resolutions in which the following members were recalled from the composition of the Supervisory Board of Enea S.A., as of the expiry date of the 8th term of the Supervisory Board, i.e. as of the end of 1 July 2015:
-Wojciech Chmielewski,
-Jeremi Mordasewicz,
-Michał Kowalewski,
-Sandra Malinowska,
-Małgorzata Niezgoda,
-Sławomir Brzeziński,
-Przemysław Łyczyński,
-Tadeusz Mikłosz.
At the same time, the OGM nominated the following people into the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the 9th term:
-Sławomir Brzeziński,
-Tadeusz Mikłosz,
-Wojciech Klimowicz,
-Wojciech Chmielewski,
-Małgorzata Niezgoda,
-Sandra Malinowska,
-Rafał Szymański,
and under § 22 item 7 of the Company's Statute the following person was nominated as an independent member:
-Marian Gorynia.
The nominations of the above mentioned people are effective as of 2 July 2015.
The Issuer attaches the information relating to Sławomir Brzeziński, Wojciech Klimowicz, Marian Gorynia, Tadeusz Mikłosz and Rafał Szymański as an attachment to this current report. The information relating to the other nominated people, and also the required representations will be published in a separate current report after the Issuer obtains relevant information and representations.
