In relation to the current reports No. 14/2015 and 15/2015 of 25 May 2015 regarding, respectively, convening for 30 June 2015 of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (OGM) of Enea S.A. (Company) and draft resolutions for the meeting, the Company's Board informs that on 24 June 2015 a candidate for the Member of the Supervisory Board was put forward to the Company by the Company's shareholder.
Acting pursuant to Article 402³ § 1 item 3 of the Commercial Companies Code the Company attaches the information relating to the said candidate. At the same time, the Company informs that pursuant to the representation made the person to whom the candidate application relates satisfies the criteria of an independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
The Issuer reminds that the appointment of Members of the Supervisory Board of the Company is foreseen under item 16 of the planned agenda of OGM.
