Strengthening the support area in Enea

ENEA Centrum's Meeting of Shareholders decided to change the composition of the company's board. Michał Gramatyka became a new President of ENEA Centrum, and he was previously the Director of the Operating Management Department in ENEA S.A. The previous President, Katarzyna Mińkowska, became the Member of the Board for Customer Service. The goal is to strengthen the support area managed by ENEA Centrum and which is core for the whole Group.

Changes in the composition of the Management Board of ENEA Centrum and supplementing it with a member for Customer service go together with a continuous development by the company of the support area and taking over new areas of operations. Both due to the corporate strategy provisions which places the Customer in the centre of ENEA's interests, and due to market requirements, a high quality and modern Customer Service is a key task for the whole Group. The previous structure of the company comprised only vice-presidents for financial affairs and computerisation.

- As a result of the successful process of support service centralisation in the Group, ENEA Centrum's role increased significantly. Currently, its Management Board will be strengthened with competence, experience and knowledge of Michał Gramatyka who previously coordinated the centralisation and optimisation of works as regrads law and safety fields in the whole Capital Group. At the same time, entrusting an experienced and highly appreciated manager, namely Katarzyna Mińkowska, with responsibility for Customer service shows the importance of this part of operations of ENEA Centrum for ENEA's Board. The highest quality of services rendered by ENEA Centrum is an absolute priority for ENEA Capital Group – said Paweł Orlof, Vice-President of ENEA for Corporate Affairs.

The both people are related to ENEA Group and until now have held core positions in the organisation. Michał Gramtyka is a PhD in legal sciences and a legal counsel. He has been responsible e.g. for the legal department and the Group's safety. Katarzyna Mińkowska is a lawyer and business practitioner. Related to ENEA for seven years, she was responsible e.g. for the area of trade and development of the Shared Service Centre.

New people appeared also in the Board of ENEA Serwis (former Energobud Leszno), which is the company supporting the area of distribution, mainly as regards grid and power equipment maintenance. Jakub Stęchły became the President, and the position of the vice-president for technical affairs will be held by Andrzej Kolat on 23 March. Jakub Stęchły was the manager of the Strategic Controlling Office in ENEA S.A. He was responsible for the development of investment plans and the appraisal of the portfolio of investment projects on the Group level, and also for the development of the financial model and implementation of the Management Information Model. Andrzej Kolat comes to the Group from Alstom Power where he was the Director for Key Customers. Jakub Stęchły replaced Łukasz Powierża, who resigned from the position of the President of the Board for personal reasons. Andrzej Kolat will replace Dariusz Gaik, who has recently held the position of the President of another ENEA Group company: MPEC seated in Białystok.
