The National Depository for Securities registered ENEA S.A.'s bonds

ENEA S.A. seated in Poznań (Company) hereby informs that on 24 March 2015 the National Depository for Securities (NDS), pursuant to the resolution No. 177/15 of NDS's Board of 20 March 2015, registered in the depositary for securities, under the code of PLENEA000088, 10,000 (ten thousand) ENEA0220 series bearer bonds issued by the Company, with the nominal value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred zloty each). The Company informed on the bond issue terms in the current report No. 5/2015 dated 10 February 2015.
