The Management Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 30 March 2015 the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer's subsidiary, ENERGO - TOUR Sp. z o.o., entered into the Business Register kept by the District Court for Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (Subsidiary), adopted a resolution regarding dissolution of the Subsidiary after the liquidation proceedings. The resolution mentioned above shall enter into force on 1 April 2015.

The Issuer informs that the Subsidiary's liquidator is Mr Jarosław Błotny, the existing President of the Board of the company.

Putting the Subsidiary into liquidation complies with the provisions of the "Corporate Strategy of ENEA Capital Group for 2014-2020" whose strategic goal is to exclude companies which are not related to the core business, including ENERGO - TOUR Sp. z o.o., from ENEA Capital Group's structure.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
