Subject: Conclusion of an annex to the annual agreement for coal supplies in 2015 between ENEA Wytwarzanie and Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka"

Content of report:

In relation to the current report No. 1/2014 regarding conclusion of annual agreements for coal supplies between ENEA Wytwarzanie Sp. z o.o. (ENEA Wytwarzanie) and Lubelski Węgiel "Bogdanka" S.A. (LW "Bogdanka") the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 25 March 2015 ENEA Wytwarzanie and LW "Bogdanka" signed an annex to the annual agreement for fuel coal supplies in 2015 (Annual Agreement). Pursuant to the Annex, detailed prices were specified for basic coal supplies in 2015 to ENEA Wytwarzanie's Kozienice Power Plant as a result of which the value of the Annual Agreement for coal supplies in 2015 changed and currently amounts to PLN 766 mln.

The Annual Agreement mentioned above was concluded as part of the performance of the multiannual agreement on the conclusion of which the Issuer informed in the report No. 17/2010 of 5 March 2010 and report No. 1/2012 of 23 January 2012 (Multiannual Agreement).

At the same time, in relation to the conclusion of the Annex the currently estimated value of the Multiannual Agreement amounts to PLN 10,603 mln net.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
