Content of report:

In relation to the current report No. 3/2014 dated 20 January 2014 the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 29 January 2015 the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. signed an annex (Annex) to the agreement on the provision of electricity distribution services (Agreement), on the conclusion of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 6/2010 of 15 January 2010. The Agreement concluded on 14 January 2010 aims at guaranteeing the provision and determination of the rules of performing distribution services in order to realise comprehensive agreements and sales agreements concluded by the Issuer with users connected to the grid of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o.

The Annex stipulates planned payments for the provision of distribution services in the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015 for the total amount of PLN 1,493,666,300.00 net. The specified payment amount may be adjusted if discrepancies appear between the amounts shown on invoices and the remuneration actually due.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that the above transactions were concluded within regular operations of ENEA Capital Group companies and due to the transactions excluded from the consolidation have no impact on the consolidated results of ENEA Capital Group.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
