ENEA "recovers" Poznań

ENEA won in the tender announced by a purchase group supervised by Poznań city. An agreement was signed today, pursuant to which in 2015 the company will sell a total of 238 GWh electricity to municipalities, institutions and companies from Poznań and the vicinity. Thus, after a several year break, ENEA resumes the business cooperation with the capital city of Wielkopolska region.

ENEA exceeded a strong competition and offered the best price to the Ordering Party: almost PLN 67 mln.  The agreement foresees supplies of energy to a total of 3,710 takeoff points. Not only the city of Poznań begins to be a customer of ENEA, but the municipalities in the agglomeration as well: Kleszczewo, Komorniki, Kórnik, Luboń, Mosina, Stęszew, Szamotuły, Czerwonak, Buk, Skoki, Dopiewo, Puszczykowo, Tarnowo Podgórne and Suchy Las. Additionally, within the same proceedings, ENEA will supply power to the following companies: Aquanet (water supplier for Poznań and the vicinity, Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji in Poznań, Airport in Poznań Ławica, Termy Maltańskie (the most modern and largest in Poland thermal swimming and recreation complex)  Roads Authority in Poznań.
