ENEA will distribute PLN 0.57 dividend per share

Pursuant to the Resolution No. 7 of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A. the Company will distribute PLN 251,622,269.46 dividend of the net profit for 2013, which means PLN 0.57 dividend per share. The record date was determined for 23 July 2014 and the payment date for 12 August 2014.
