Michał Prażyński Vice-President of ENEA Wytwarzanie for Renewable Energy
The Supervisory Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. nominated Michał Prażyński to the position of a Member of the Board for Renewable Energy. The new Vice-President will hold the office on 21 March 2014. The decision on such an extension of the composition of the management board of the company responsible for the generation of energy results from the new corporate strategy of the Group. ENEA integrated its area of generation and till 2020 investments in RES reaching PLN 4.5 bln are planned.
Michał Prażyński is a manager with ten-odd years of experience in management, development and implementation of the strategy within the renewable energy. He graduated from the Faculty of Water Management and Environmental Engineering of the Gdańsk University of Technology, he is also a graduate of Executive MBA of the Poznań School of Banking and Helsinki School of Economics. He gained his professional experience e.g. in the Polish branch of the international leader in the renewable energy sector - Iberdrola Renewables Poland (during 2009-2011) and in PGE Renewable Energy (2012-2013).
Nomination of Mr. Michał Prażyński to the position of a Member of the Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie was preceded with the qualification procedure.
The new Vice-President of ENEA Wytwarzanie is 40 years old. He is married and has two children. He is a passionate of sea sailing, rides a bike, and cooks in spare time.
