ENEA the leader within corporate social responsibility reporting
ENEA Capital Group published the CSR report (corporate social responsibility) for 2012. The document was developed based on the latest international Global Reporting Initiative: GRI G4, on the level of "Core" application. The reporting process was performed in accordance with four principles of the standard: allowing for Stakeholders, importance, context of sustainable development and completeness. Thus far, only two companies in Poland prepared their non-financial reports in accordance with those guidelines.
"ENEA Capital Group Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2012" contains information on the company's relations with key stakeholders. It describes the scale and nature of the Group operations' impact on the social environment and investments it realises and plans for the environmental protection. The section devoted to Customers discusses the nature of the implemented system changes which affect the quality of their service and the level of satisfaction.
