Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A.
On 24 April Małgorzata Niezgoda and Torbjörn Wahlborg were nominated to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the 8th term.
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A., on the meeting on 24 April, nominated Małgorzata Niezgoda and Torbjörn Wahlborg into to the composition of the Supervisory Board of the 8th term.
Małgorzata Niezgoda is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW. In the past, she supervised State Treasury companies from the sector of construction, metal industry, shipbuilding industry, publishers and polygraphy (Mennica Polska S.A., KGHM Polska, Miedź S.A., ARP S.A., PWPW S.A.). Presently as the Head of the Department of Strategic Projects of the Ministry of Treasury, she supervises four Polish energy groups.
Torbjörn Wahlborg holds a M.Sc. Eng. degree obtained at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. For many years he has been connected with Vattenfall concern, presently he is a Vice-President for Nuclear Power in Vattenfall AB, and since 2010 he has been a Member of EGM (Executive Group Management) in Vattenfall AB.
On 24 April Małgorzata Aniołek resigned from the function of a member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA S.A., stating no reasons of her decision.
Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
