ENEA Wytwarzanie a co-organiser of a conference on new technologies in the power industry

Andrzej Schroeder – the President of the Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. and Krzysztof Zborowski - the Board's Counsel represented the Company during the 13th International Conference "Modern power supply equipment in the power industry". The conference took place during 13-15 March in Józefów near Warsaw and in the power plant in Kozienice.

On the inauguration day of the conference the President of the Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. – Andrzej Schroeder, explained the guests the details of the integration of the energy generation area in the Company - A modern centre will operate in Kozienice which will manage all the plants producing electricity in the ENEA Capital Group. It will be its real jewel - President Shroeder said during the conference. Issues relating to the new 1,075 MW power unit were presented by Krzysztof Zborowski, presently the Board's Counsel for the construction of the new unit.

During the conference guests could get acquainted with the experience of experts of such companies as: ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A., APS Energia or Energoprojekt Katowice S.A. Speeches were made by scientists of the Warsaw University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology, University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz and University of Zielona Góra. Representatives of the Energy Regulatory Office were also present.

On the last day of the conference the participants visited the power plant in Kozienice, where they saw the control station, engine room and power infrastructure objects. They also had an occasion to watch the films presenting the new 1,075 MW power unit and 40 years of the Company's operations. The co-organisers of the event were APS Energia and the Warsaw University of Technology.
