ENTUR liquidation

Within the restructuring of the ENEA Group the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENTUR Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin adopted a resolution on the company dissolution.

The hitherto operations of ENTUR connected with e.g. tourism will be realised by Energo-Tour Sp. z o.o. In the established Szczecin Branch the hitherto employees of ENTUR will be employed.

The Board of ENEA S.A. represented by the Corporate Department, on 28 February 2013 informed the public of the assumptions of the process in progress. The liquidator is Luiza Jelewska, Director of the Office of Ownership Changes in the Corporate Department of ENEA S.A. The adopted resolution entered into force on 1 March 2013.
