Signing of an annex to the frame agreement on the joint exploration and extraction of carbohydrates from shale

ENEA S.A., Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A., KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. and TAURON Polska Energia S.A. signed an Annex No. 2 to the Frame Agreement of 4 July 2012 concerning the joint exploration and extraction of carbohydrates from shale. The Parties decided to extend the deadline for the determination of detailed conditions of the cooperation till 4 May 2013.
