Changes in the Management Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A.

On 19 February 2013 Krzysztof Zborowski, Zygmunt Rachwalski and Arkadiusz Krakowiak ceased to hold the positions of members of the Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. Till the complementation of the Board, the Company will be managed by the other members of the Board: Renata Czech, Vice-President of the Board for Economic and Financial Issues and Stanisław Potyra, Vice-President of the Board for Strategy and Development.

Krzysztof Zborowski held the position of the President of the Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A., Zygmunt Rachwalski of the Vice-President of the Board for Technical Issues, and Arkadiusz Krakowiak was responsible for the trade area.

On Friday, 22 February 2013 the Supervisory Board will convene and will announce the selection procedure for members of the Board - said Janusz Bil, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ENEA Wytwarzanie S.A. and Vice-President of ENEA S.A.
