A new term of the Management Board of ENEA S.A. is approaching

On 17 April 2013, pursuant to the Statute of the Company, the 3-year term of the Board of ENEA S.A. is expiring. In connection with the expiring term of the ENEA S.A. Management Board the Company's Supervisory Board decided to announce the tender for members of the new Management Board.

A recruitment company selected on 14 February 2013 by the Supervisory Board in a tender will be responsible for conducting of the competition. The winning head hunter agency holds significant experience in conducting recruitment processes and presented an offer which satisfied the requirements of the Supervisory Board to the greatest extent. The advertisement containing the terms of participation in the tender for members of the Board has been published today in the press and on the Company's website.
