Wholesale trade changed the owner

ENEA S.A. and ENEA Wytwarzanie signed a contract relating to the transfer of the shares of ELKO Trading to ENEA S.A. Pursuant to the provisions of the contract the transfer was performed on Monday, 17 September. Thus ENEA S.A. became the owner of 100 per cent of shares of ELKO Trading which trades in electricity, proprietary interests connected with electricity and emission allowances for the account of the ENEA Capital Group. At the same time it performs analytical functions and manages the portfolio of contacts on the wholesale market of electricity.
