EMGS appointed a new member of the Supervisory Board of ENEA

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ENEA S.A. adopted a resolution on appointment on 12 March 2012 of a new member of the Supervisory Board.

Sławomir Brzeziński possesses higher qualification, graduated from Poznan University of Technology from the faculty of Management and Production Engineering. Additionally, he graduated from the Post-graduate Studies on Poznan University of Technology from the faculty of Quality Management in Theory and Practise and from Post-graduate Studies on Poznan University of Economics from the faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Sławomir Brzeziński possesses over 5 years of professional experience. During 2006-2008 he held the managerial position in the Poznan International Fair where he was responsible for the field of designing of technical installation during fair events.  Since 2008 till the present day he has been connected with ENEA S.A. He has been responsible, among others, for implementation and supervision of the integrated management system and opinioning of the restructuring changes in the Company.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
