Employee shares of ENEA S.A. were listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange

On 5 March almost 31 mln shares of ENEA S.A. were listed on the stock exchange. These are nil-paid shares from the State Treasury acquired by entitled present of former employees and their heirs.

From that day there are possibilities of free trading with the shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Owners of over 2 mln shares have not yet accomplished all the formalities. These persons may still sign a contract for nil-paid rights to the shares. The right shall expire on 16 May. In special cases the term may be prolonged.

Having in mind the diverse and international nature of Enea SA's shareholding, and also the provisions of the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies, Enea SA guarantees the availability of its website also in English. In case of any interpretation doubts and discrepancies between the Polish and English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
